About

The Full Story

My journey into the world of short-term vacation rentals began long before I built my first home. I started out as a travel agent, and through that experience I came to understand exactly what travelers look for when choosing a place to stay. La Fortuna, Costa Rica, one of the country’s top destinations—was always in high demand, and I realized there was a growing need for unique and memorable vacation rentals in the area.

With that in mind, I began saving to buy land in La Fortuna. Two years later, I decided it was time to bring my vision to life. I went to the bank, secured financial support, and started building my first short-term rental: the Glass House. From coordinating with architects and construction crews to personally choosing the materials, I managed every detail of the project. It wasn’t easy, especially as a single mother, but I was determined to see it through.

When the Glass House was finally complete, I brought it to the vacation rental market, and it was an immediate success. Word spread quickly, and soon my friends from Los Angeles reached out, inspired by what I had created. They wanted to do the same, and I helped them every step of the way. Since they couldn’t travel to Costa Rica, I guided them remotely, helping them find and negotiate the purchase of land, connecting them with local architects and builders, and coaching them through the process of entering the short-term rental market. That project became House of View, one of the most successful vacation rentals in the region.

About seven years ago, I moved to Florida. My friends and colleagues, seeing my experience with building, investing, and guiding others, encouraged me to get my real estate license to help more investors. I took their advice, and today I combine my background in travel, hospitality, and vacation rentals with my real estate expertise to assist clients who want to create or invest in profitable properties.

What started as my personal dream has grown into something much bigger: not only creating my own unique vacation homes, but also helping others bring their vision to life in Costa Rica, Florida, and beyond.
